 　　Opportunité

　　Malgré l'opposition des puristes, l'emploi d'opportunité se répand de plus en plus dans le sens de “occasion favorable”, sous l'influence d l'anglais.

　　Opportunité?學過英語的童鞋們會馬上聯想到“opportunity”(機會)= “occasion favorable”。

　　盡管這種用法是受英語的影響，受到堅持“純正法語”人士的反對，但在法語中還是用得越來越多了，如：

　　Coût d'opportunité, opportunity cost,“機會成本”

　　La France doit saisir les opportunités du développement en Chine.

　　France should seize the opportunity of development in China.

　　法國應該抓住中國發展的機會。

　　那么，opportunité 的本意是什么呢?

　　Opportunité, opportuneness, is linked to opportun, whether something is a good idea or not at a given time.

　　實際上，opportunité 是從形容詞 opportun 來的(英文是opportune), 應該翻譯成英語的 opportuneness：適時，合時宜. 即做某事的時機(時間)是否適宜。(Timeliness, appropriateness).

　　例如：

　　Je mets sérieusement en doute l'opportunité d'une telle démarche.

　　I very much question the opportuneness/timeliness/appropriateness of such a step.

　　我質疑這樣做的時機(是否合適)。

　　Avant de prendre cette décision, il faut juger de son opportunité.

　　Before making this decision, we must evaluate its appropriateness. We must decide if it is the right thing to do now.

　　做決定之前，要先確定這樣做是否合時宜。

　　英語的 opportunity 可以譯為法語的 occasion 等, 當然, 用 opportunité 人家也懂啦. 如:

　　I've been to Paris several times but I've never had the opportunity to visit the Louvre.

　　J'ai été à Paris à plusieurs reprises mais je n'ai jamais eu l'occasion de visiter le Louvre.

　　我到過巴黎好幾次，但一直沒機會去參觀盧浮宮。

　　He left the village and went to London in search of new opportunities.

　　Il quitta le village et se rendit à Londres à la recherche de nouvelles perspectives d'avenir.

　　他離開村子，到倫敦去尋找新的機會。

　　如何區別 opportunité 的兩種意義呢?

　　如果有不定冠詞，“une opportunité”, 或者是復數，“des opportunités”, 那肯定是“機會”的意思了。因為，作“時機，時宜”講的opportunité 是不可數的。

　　"Une opportunité inopportune" 是個什么機會呢?

　　來得不是時候的機會: 比如,你剛吃的飽飽的, 這時候有朋友說要請你吃法國大餐! (^v^)

　　法語“opportunité”是"適合，適宜，時機“的意思.

　　【英語】

　　英語“opportunity”是“機會”意思。
